Role Summary

As a servant leader in this role, you will assist our DevOps team in agile methods, increase team output, and aid to reduce challenges. Your responsibility is to guarantee the team produces on schedule, runs smoothly, and communicates effectively. Working with other teams and stakeholders, you will closely monitor hazards and obstacles to discover answers and maintain everything on schedule.
Staying in touch with all the involved parties, distributing updates, and ensuring everyone is in line with the objectives and direction will fall to you. As we travel further digitally, this presents an interesting chance to actually influence things.

Important Share of Responsibility
- Work with the Product Owner to create concise, realistic user stories that guarantee correct priorities are determined and help to schedule every sprint iteration.
- Early identification of risks, problems, and obstacles will help the team to be sure they are being addressed.
- Monitoring Development: Track every team member's general performance and development.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint demonstrations, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment and direction.
- Look for methods to make our agile techniques better and more effective.
- Promote Constant Improvement: Lead retrospectives so the team may grow from past mistakes.
- Work with Teams and Stakeholders: Control dependencies and risks by closely working with other teams, business divisions, and partners.
- Make sure timely escalations of problems arise should things veers off course to guarantee rapid resolution.

- DevOps Knowledge: You have experience with DevOps processes, culture, and tools, ensuring smooth integration and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification: Scrum Master Certification (a must-have).
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in agile environments.
- Technical Skills: Experience in designing and delivering complex digital solutions. Familiarity with tools like
- Jira, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.
- Agile Leadership: Proven experience in leading large-scale teams using agile methodologies.
