Are you meticulous and eager to manage all card-related business at KCB Bank? Managing important chores related to card operations will help you, as a Card Operations Officer, guarantee that everything functions as it should for internal teams and our clients.

Important Authorities

Your daily activities will consist in:

• Research Suspense Accounts: Keep up with any exceptions to any suspense account and guarantee timely inquiry as needed.
• Manage all records and ensure we are following the established criteria.
• Review refunds and reversals routinely from VISA and MasterCard reports to confirm these against system data, so fairly credit consumers.
• Review hand-made corrections in manuals: Verify all hand corrections and reversals twice for cardholders to ensure accuracy.
• Handle GLs and Revenue Control: Control Card General Ledgers (GLs) to stop revenue leaks.
• Support regular card operations and help the management team to apply strategy.
• guarantee Compliance: Keep tight and compliant internal banking and card/ ATM operation rules.
• Handle all card operation questions from different stakeholders to guarantee prompt answers.
• Send returns and reports to the pertinent parties right away to ensure timiness.

Your Need

This position calls for a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an area that will provide strong operational and analytical ability. One really would benefit from experience at a bank or finance company.
