Important Duties
Your daily responsibilities as a loan officer will consist in the following:
- Sales and client outreach will involve contacting both current and prospective customers to advertise TEVI's financial offerings. By clearly and approachably presenting our solutions, you will help customers understand how TEVI's loans could complement their company objectives and so help to meet specified targets.
One of your key duties is to help clients—more especially, groups—with the loan application procedure. - You will make sure every candidate satisfies the relevant criteria and that their applications are ready for review. They should also be comprehensive.
One of your main responsibilities is evaluating customer financial dependability. - To make sure they can pay back the loan, you will visit homes and businesses.

You will create regular reports covering daily, weekly, and monthly operations including customer performance, loan processing updates, and any problems with overdue accounts to keep everyone on the same page. Your supervisor will get these reports, which are very important in maintaining TEVI's processes open and orderly. - Other chores: Being a developing business, we sometimes require help with additional chores. What We Are Seeking for?
Candidates with the following credentials and abilities will help us to be successful in this capacity:
- Education: Either a comparable degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a diploma in either.
- Experience: Mostly in group financing, at least six years in the microfinance field Especially in helping micro and small firms, you should have a documented track record of effective client contacts and loan administration.
- Industry Knowledge: One must be familiar with group financing methods as well as be able to evaluate and comprehend small business financial demands.
